At Townsquare Media of the Hudson Valley, Taylor has been able to enhance her digital skill set by taking on multiple digital roles. In her last role at TSM, she served as Brand Manager for alternative radio station WRRV. This was the largest alternative station within the company, and a heritage station in the Hudson Valley region. In this role, she made sure the brand reached specific digital goals including pageviews and app downloads. She was also in charge of maintaining the station's social media while allowing contributors to have creative freedom. Taylor also created digital promotions that utilized the station app with on-air announcing to pull everything full circle. She also produced daily app alerts and email newsletters using Sailthru. As Brand Manager, Taylor also wrote 10 articles weekly and was ranked amongst the top 5 most viewed authors in the branch consistently.

Before she was promoted to Brand Manager, Taylor was asked to be the Assistant Digital Manager. In this role, Taylor oversaw 5 major digital brands for radio stations. She was responsible for tracking Google Analytics and CrowdTangle statistics to monitor all brands' pageviews, social interaction, and app downloads. She helped over 15 contributors and creators improve their writing and digital work, and was able to increase unique visitors and sessions across all sites.

Prior to her management positions, Taylor began as a digital creator and contributor for multiple radio brands at Townsquare Media.
