Taylor has held multiple positions at Neversink Media Group. Most recently, she was the digital manager for all four stations. She was responsible for planning and executing social campaigns and monitoring growth on all pages. She also created all the graphics for social media, websites, contests, and advertisements needed for external uses. Taylor also managed all the websites for Neversink Media Group. She maintained quality, tracked views, and created web contests and posts. She published banner ads and made changes to the websites. She used Adobe Photoshop and Express, WordPress, and Facebook daily.

Prior to her digital manager role, Taylor was an operations assistant and had on-air duties for WDLC. As an operations assistant, Taylor assisted with traffic, live sports broadcasts. She also helped dub public affairs shows, record special interviews, and update the music library. She also hosted mornings on WDLC temporarily when a sudden opening presented itself. Taylor used Radio Traffic, Adobe Audition, Audio Vault, AV Flex, and Music Master in these roles.
